Design Participation: Combined MBE/WBE goal of ( 21.6.00%) Construction Participation: Combined MBE/WBE goal of ( 13.00%) Question Deadline 09/20/2024 In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by Engineer at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer via the Tighe & Bond website or via email at mpwzorek@tighebond.com. The Successful Bidder shall comply with the Minority and Women (MBE/WBE) Workforce Participation goal of 13.0% for this contract. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The work consists of the removal and disposal of the existing salt shed, attendant booth, truck scale, and scale house, the installation of new sewer, water, and drainage systems, and the construction of a new truck scale, modular attendant booths, gravity block retaining walls, landscaping and site paving. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis.
