Renovation of a fire / police facility in Saint Charles, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,500-square-foot fire / police facility.
St. Charles County is seeking bids for Police Department Firing Range Procurement and Installation of Turning Target System The vendor must guarantee the quoted prices for a period of Ninety (90) days. Performance Bond- A 100% Performance and Payment Bond in favor of the Owner, St. Charles County. The Security Co. representing Contractor must be authorized to do business in the State of Missouri and be approved by Owner. Performance and Payment bond will be required if project is $50,000.00 or greater. The county reserves the right to terminate the contract for any violation,by the successful bidder, of any term or condition of the contract by giving thirty (30) days written notice stating the reasons therefore and giving the party time to remedy any deficiencies.
