St. Charles County is seeking proposals for Watershed Studies for the Highway Department. The County reserves the right to terminate the contract for reasons of violations by the successful proposer of any term or condition of the contract by giving thirty (30) days written notice stating the reasons therefore and giving the party ample time to remedy the deficiencies. Each proposal shall, as a guarantee of good faith on the part of the Bidder, be accompanied by a Cashier's Check drawn on an acceptable Missouri Bank or Trust Company, or an acceptable Bid Bond, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid completion. Notice to Proceed is anticipated by early-to-mid end of October 2024. The County reserves the right to add additional analyses and detailed design of potential projects within these watershed areas to the contract by addendum, at a fee mutually agreed upon by the County and Consultant.
