Janitorial Services at Various City Buildings Any questions related to the RFP shall be submitted to Paul Feldmann, Purchasing Manager, at paul.feldmann@stcharlescitymo.gov. Deadline for clarifying questions: October 7, 2024 3:00 PM. The initial term of the awarded contract shall be January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025, upon formal contract acceptance by the City. The City shall hold unilateral renewal options for a maximum of two (2) additional one-year terms (2026 and 2027). The City reserves the right to terminate the contract for reasons of violations by the successful Bidder of any term or condition of the contract by giving thirty (30) days written notice stating the reasons therefore and giving the party amply time to remedy the deficiencies.
