Alder Construction has been selected by TIMPANOGOS SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT as the CMGC PRECONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR for the TSDD PACKAGE C PROJECT The Project has been separated into several GMP's to allow early work to be completed. Alder Construction currently seeking bids from qualified suppliers and subcontractors for GMP 2 Which includes: Excavation and Shoring. PACKAGE C, GMP 2 will receive funding from the Utah SRF and will be subject to federal funding requirements. Bidders will be required to submit bids that meet the requirements of the Build America, Buy America (BABA) including the following requirements, all iron and steel used in the project are produced in the United States, all manufactured products used in the project are produced in the United States, and all construction materials (see Definitions) are manufactured in the United States (See bid documents for more information). Other requirements include; The Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Requirements, Apprenticeship Requirements (15%), American Iron and Steel (AIS), National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, Endangered Species Act, National Historic Preservation Act, National Term on Suspension and Debarment, Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Requirements on Federally Assisted Construction Contracts, Williams Steiger Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, Discovery of Archaeological and Other Historical Items, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Prohibition on Certain Telecommunication and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment, Signage Requirements, SRF Required Forms by Section.
