The City of West Haven is seeking qualified contractors to provide quotations for a General Renovation Work Package at the Animal Shelter. The scope of work includes the installation of new guillotine kennel transfer doors, the renovation of the animal washroom, and new casework and alterations in the existing cat room, including related plumbing and electrical work. This RFQ outlines the project requirements and specifications. Interested and qualified vendors are invited to submit their quotations for consideration. The City of West Haven intends to undertake the following renovation work at the Animal Shelter: 1. Installation of New Guillotine Kennel Transfer Doors 2. Renovation of Animal Washroom, Including Related Plumbing and Electrical 3. The City reserves the right to require the awarded Respondent to provide a detailed pricing structure for the transportation services for the subsequent two years following the initial contract term. This pricing should encompass all necessary transportation activities, and any other relevant services to ensure continuous and effective operation. The Respondent must outline any anticipated costs associated with these services for budgetary transparency and facilitate long-term planning. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposal process, and to accept any proposal that it deems to be in the best interest of the City.
