The Electric Division of Bowling Green Municipal Requests Sealed Bids on Overhead and Pad Mount Transformers. Bidders May Submit Bids on New and Certified Remanufactured Transformers. The Bidder Shall Include in Their Bid All Listed Equipment. Bid Prices Shall Include All Freight and Delivery Costs to 150 East Main Street Bowling Green, Kentucky 42101. Unless Stated Otherwise in Bid Document: Bowling Green Municipal Utilities Reserves the Right to Reject Any and/or All Bids or to Accept the Lowest Bid or Lowest Evaluated Bid. All Bids Shall Be Evaluated on the Following Criteria: Cost, Qualifications/experience, Past Record With Bgmu, References, Timeliness, Compliance With Bid Specifications, Quality of Materi- Als, Financial Stability, and Com- Pliance With Law. **Bid Notes: Any Bid Received at the Designated Location After the Required Time and Date Specified for Receipt Shall Be Considered Late and Non-responsive and Will Not Be Evaluated for Award. Faxed or Emailed Responses Will Not Be Evaluated for Award. All Bidders Are Welcome to Attend.
