Renovation of an educational facility in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

*As of Septemebr 24 2025, four Bid Packages (#1, #1B, #2 & #3) have already been sent out for bid for this project. Bid Package #4 is expected to be issued by October 03, 2025. Construction work started on the project in early September, 2025. **Parent Project Report** The selected construction management (CM) firm will collaborate closely with the design team (Gensler and Champlin|EOP) and WKU to provide preconstruction and construction management services. This collaboration will begin immediately upon award, with the intent to start an early release package in the summer of 2025. The project intent is to maintain the exterior appearance as closely as possible, while fully updating the interior and replacing all building systems.
