Renovation of a communication facility in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a communication facility.
Bids for a prefabricated communications shelter, 14 feet (deep) X 16 feet (wide) x 9 feet (tall) with generator. BGMU will provide the necessary foundation work and electrical connectivity for the shelter and generator. Bidders are to supply the building, generator, and automatic transfer switch in accordance with the Request for Bid (RFB) document. Any bid received at the designated location after the required time and date specified for receipt shall be considered late and non-responsive and will not be evaluated for award. Faxed or emailed responses will not be evaluated for award. All bidders are welcome to attend. Please mark bid envelope "BIDRFB# 2024-28; COMMUNICATIONS SHELTER & GENERATOR" prior to the date and time listed above. To ensure against premature opening. The envelope should bear on the outside the name of the bidder and their address. Bowling Green Municipal Utilities reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or to accept the lowest bid or lowest evaluated bid.
