Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Shawnee, Kansas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 6,196-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and parking garage.

This project will serve to remodel portions of an approximately 6000 SF building. The current use of the facility is a mixture of office space and vehicle/storage bays. The remodel will consist of transforming 2 of the vehicle/storage bays into office space. There will be an additional restroom and break room added to the east end of the building. Work anticipated to include: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Masonry (CMU Block), Carpentry (Framing), and Concrete flatwork Each Bidder shall upload and/or file with their bid a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond drawn on an acceptable bank in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Bid Bonds will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders, with the exception of the second qualifying bidder, at such time as their bids are rejected.
