Project 1 (PN3597)- Monticello East and 51st Place & Mill Valley High School. o Site 1: Monticello East and 51st Place – Replacement of approximately 728-LF of failing storm sewer system (CMP and 3 structures). o Site 2: Mill Valley High School – Replacement of approximately up to 450-LF of failing storm sewer system (up to 270 trenchless pipe lining and one structure). • Project 2 (PN3598) - Windsor Neighborhood & Quivira Drive and Albervan. o Site 1: Windsor Neighborhood – Replacement of approximately 920-LF of failing storm sewer system (CMP and 7 structures). o Site 2: Quivira Drive and Albervan – Replacement of approximately 1042-LF of failing storm sewer system (CMP and 4 structures) • Project 3 (PN3599) - Monticello Road and Johnson Drive. o This project consist of the replacement of 2842-LF of aging and deteriorating storm sewer infrastructure (17 structures and up to 20 partial structure repair). • Project 4 (PN3600) – Lakecrest Drive and W 55TH & Brownridge. o Site 2: Brownridge – Replacement of approximately 211-LF of failing storm sewer system (CMP and 1 structures) • Project 4 (PN3601) – Goddard Street and Shawnee Mission Parkway & 61st St and Melrose Lane. o Site 1: Goddard Street and Shawnee Mission parkway – Replacement of approximately 700-LF of failing storm sewer system (CMP and 6 structures). o Site 2: Melrose and 61st Street – Replacement of approximately 2465-LF of failing storm sewer system (CMP and 2 structures) The City of Shawnee reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposal submittals and to waive informalities or irregularities of the submittals.
