Site work and paving for a civil project in Shawnee, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Replacement of pipes and inlets along the east side of Lackman Rd between 65th Street and 64th Street. The project includes construction RCP storm pipe, headwalls, wingwalls and aprons, junction box and curb inlets, asphalt removal and replacement, curb and gutter removal and replacement, traffic control, erosion control, and other related improvements. The Project has a duration of 40 days from Notice to Proceed to reach Substantial Completion and 60 days from Notice to Proceed to reach Final Completion. The Owner anticipates the Notice to Proceed will be issued on approximately July 1, 2024. Each Bidder shall provide with their Bid a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check, in an amount not less than 5% of the total amount of the Bid. Bid security will be returned to the unsuccessful Bidders as indicated in the Instructions to Bidders.
