Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Shawnee, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a 2,700-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.
Site Address: 4751 Hadley. Seeking a contractor to provide turf replacement for Brown Park at 4751Hadley, Overland Park, KS 66203. Current space is approximately 2,700 square feet. Space cannot be adjusted in size. Maximize turf nominal dimensions. Concrete playground border is existing. Synthetic turf, correct fall surface thickness (to be determined by installer), installation materials, and compacted subgrade to be provided and installed by the winning bidder. The City shall provide existing mulch removal and a level installation for the contractor. Acceptable turf colors matching the surrounding play structure shall be approved by the City Staff. Maximum synthetic turf budget is $40,000.00.
