Reference Number 0000277713 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/09/23 12:00:00 AM CDT Manitoba is currently requesting proposals from qualified Vendors meeting the requirements contained in this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) to Supply and Deliver Groundwater Measuring Equipment and Accessories. The Groundwater Management of Environment & Climate Change Department uses groundwater measuring equipment for data recording purposes. The equipment required is being used to replace aging recording units in Manitoba's Groundwater well network. As the equipment begins to reach the end of its life cycle, it is must to replace the old units to avoid as much data loss as possible. The goods required shall include but not limited to the following: Transducers (Data Logger), Desiccants, and Cables. Any brand is acceptable as long as it meets specifications as set in the Pricing Form (Appendix F). 2.1 Transducer (Data Logger) Measures and records water level, water pressure, conductivity and temperature. Must be able to fit in a 1-inch well. 30PSIG vented, 21 meter or 69 feet range, logs continuous measurements of water level, water pressure, temperature and conductivity, sealed titanium construction with 3.6V lithium battery, up to 5 years of life or 200,000 readings, minimum 2 years warranty Measures and records water level, water pressure and temperature. Must be able to fit in a 1-inch well. 30PSIG vented, 21 meter or 69 feet range, logs continuous measurements of water level, water pressure and temperature, sealed titanium construction with 3.6V lithium battery, up to 10 years of life or 2,000,000 readings, minimum 3 years warranty 2.2 Cable Polyurethane vented cable with twist lock connectors to prevent leakage into electronics, rugged, manufactured to endure harsh environments, in various cable lengths which will vary year to year. Requirement will span from 10-30 meters or 30-100 feet. Laptop reader cable-connect type. Uphole-end connects to a USB port. Downhole- end has a male connector that links to the data logger cable. Must be IP67 rated. 2.3 Desiccant Desiccant with titanium connector, plastic tube can hold 22 grams of replaceable desiccant, prevents moisture damage to electronics, gradually changes colour from blue to pink as it becomes saturated with moisture.
