Reference Number 0000279753 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/10/18 12:00:00 PM CDT Supply and Delivery of Traffic Gravel, Class "A" Limestone (EPP) M.T.I Lease Site (SW 4-30-14W) Vicinity of Crane River M.T.I Lease Site (NW 29-27-12W) Vicinity of Cayer North M.T.I Lease Site (SE 13-25-13W) Vicinity of Cayer South M.T.I Lease Site (SE 2-19-10W) PR 261 Vicinity of Amaranth M.T.I Lease Site (NW 33-28-17W) Vicinity of Oak Brae Traffic Gravel, Class "A" (Limestone) The aggregate for Traffic Gravel, Class "A" (Limestone) shall be in accordance with the Specifications for Aggregate for Traffic Gravel, the gradation shall be as follows: Passing 19.0 mm sieve 100% Passing 4.75 mm sieve 35-60% Passing 75 Um Sieve 6-17% the Contractor Shall Clear the Site of All Debris, Vegetation, Rocks, Snow and Other Objectionable Material Prior to Placing Any Aggregate on the Stockpile Site. Stockpiling Shall Be Performed Using a Loader, or Another Suitable Approved Equipment. Stockpiles Are to Be Shaped and Completed With a Uniform Height, and Squared Sides and Edges to Ensure Accurate Survey Measurement. Stockpile Preparation and Shaping Shall Be Included in the Unit Bid Price for Aggregate Including All Work Necessary or Incidental Thereto. Completion Date and Liquidated Damages Work Shall Be Completed Free of Liquidated Damages on or Before January 31, 2025. Liquidated Damages, After This Specified Time Limit, Will Be Charged at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Non-performance the Normal Penalty for Non-performance Will Be Removal From the Bidders List for Two (2) Years. Reinstatement After Two (2) Years Will Be on Approval of the Department.
