CR Number: 2113346 Excavate for playground area, remove grass areas, excavate and hole drilling for playground foundations, concrete sidewalk, and tennis court and pickleball court and basketball court items. Contract term: The Contractor shall complete the work by August 1, 2025. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the Base Proposal, payable to the "County of Niagara" as a guaranty that if the Proposal is accepted the Bidder will execute the Contract and file acceptable Performance and Labor and Material Bonds within ten (10) days after the award of the Contract. The County of Niagara, hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to waive any informalities in or reject any and all bids, or to make any Contract which it deems to be in the best interest of the County. No Bidder may withdraw his Proposal within fortyfive (45) days after the actual opening thereof.
