Site work for a water / sewer project in Niagara Falls, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Contractor is required to complete the Insurance Information Form, Performance and Payment Bond Information Form, and other documentation specified in the Instructions to Bidders, when submitting a proposal. The Executive Director reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities. Each bidder must include with his bid, a certified check or bid bond, payable to the order of the Niagara Falls Water Board, in the amount of not less than FIVE (5) PERCENT of the price bid, subject to the conditions in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and labor and material payment bond, in form and substance, and with sureties approved by the Niagara Falls Water Board Counsel, in the amount of not less than ONE HUNDRED (100) PERCENTUM of the total amount of the accepted proposal.
