Reference Number : 0000362152 The City of Hanford is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional consulting and planning services to prepare a comprehensive citywide Urban Forest Management Plan (UFMP). The City of Hanford has been awarded federal grant funding from the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) USDA Forest Service Urban and Community Forestry Program via Green Latinos, one of 12 National Pass Through Partners, to design and establish a comprehensive urban forestry program to address tree equity, extreme heat, workforce development and community engagement in Hanford's disadvantaged communities.
