The project consists of lining approximately 950' of 8" sanitary sewer and lining approximately 585' of 10" sanitary sewer. The Bid Bond or Certified Check Shall Be Issued in the Applicable Amount of the Bid for the Village of Waunakee. The Bid Bond or Certified Check Serves as a Guarantee That if the Bid is Accepted, the Bidder Will Execute and File the Agreement and a 100% Performance and Payment Bond Within Fifteen (15) Days After the Notice of Award. In Case the Bidder Fails to File Such Contract and Bond Within the Time Set Forth, the Certified Check or Bid Bond Shall Be Forfeited to the Village of Waunakee as Liquidated Damages.
