Site work and renovation of a civil project in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The improvement includes phased construction of a new effluent pump station and diversion structure, installation of new electrical and communications duct banks, site utility relocations, modifications of existing gate structure, and all necessary materials, equipment, labor, miscellaneous associated work, and cleanup, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 664-194/311, located at the Wastewater Reclamation Facility, 3000 Vandalia Road, Des Moines, Iowa. This project shall be fully completed not later than February 14, 2028 and in accordance with the completion provisions Engineer's Construction Estimate. $32,646,825.00 Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. The Des Moines Metropolitan Wastewater Reclamation Authority (Jurisdiction) reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
