Lytle Park Pool Pumps and Motors Replacement Project. The Proposed Work Consists of Removal and Replacement of Pumps and Motors at the Lytle Park Pool. 3. All Proposals Must Be Accompanied by a Proposal Guarantee Which Shall Be a Bank Cashier's Check, Bid Bond, Bank Draft or a Properly Certified Check in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Price Bid for Accomplishing the Proposed Work. All Bidders Must Be Prepared to Submit Within Five (5) Days of District's Request, Current Financial and Experience Statement to Show Satisfactory Evidence of the Bidder's Competency to Perform the Proposed Work. No Bid Proposal Will Be Accepted Unless the Bidder Has Complied With All of the Above Requirements. 5. The Successful Bidder Shall Enter Into a Written Contract With the District and Shall Furnish a Surety Bond for the Full Amount of the Contract to Guarantee Completion of the Work in a Satisfactory Manner and Shall Furnish Liability Insurance to Protect the District, Its Commissioners and Agents, All as Set Forth in the Contract Documents. 6. The Contractor Will Be Required to Comply With All Laws, Including Those Relating to Prevailing Rate of Wages. 7. Work Consisting of Removal and Replacement of the Pumps and Motors and All Associated Work is to Be Completed by April 1, 2025 With Start Up of Equipment No Later Than April 15, 2025. 8. The Commissioners Reserve the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, to Waive Any Informalities in the Bids, and to Accept Any Bids Which They Deem Most Favorable.
