Scope of Work: the General Scope of the Work Includes but is Not Limited to: Upgrade and Modernization of the Hargis Hall Elevator to Include Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, and Elevator Controls. Auburn University Facilities Management Website online. a Certified Check or Bid Bond Payable to Auburn University in an Amount Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Amount of the Bid, but in No Event More Than $10,000.00, Must Accompany the Bidder's Proposal. Performance and Statutory Labor and Material Payment Bonds Will Be Required at the Signing of the Contract. Bid date notes.
