Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a fitness / recreation center in Wyandotte, Oklahoma. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a fitness / recreation center; for the demolition of a fitness / recreation center; and fitness / recreation center.

Wyandotte Nation's proposed project encompasses several features that expand and improve our Wellness/Activities Center, including a 7,169 ft.2 high school regulation sized basketball court; two (2) pickleball courts; a 1,216 ft.2 education classroom for the afterschool and summer youth program; four (4) rooms totaling 1,318 ft.2 of storage space; a set of retractable bleachers; and two (2) restrooms (1 male and 1 female) with ADA accessibility. The proposed Multi-Purpose Center is roughly 10,708 ft.2. Furthermore, the proposed project type is a Public Facility. The Multi-Purpose Center is an expansion of the Wellness/Activities Center that will be attached to the current gymnasium. Indian preference will be observed. (0-5 points) Factor 8: Assurance of Bonding Ability to submit one (1) of the following forms of assurance, in accordance with the approved method set forth within 30 days after the prescribed contract forms are presented for signature: a) a bid guarantee from each bidder equivalent to five percent (5%) of the bid price; b) a performance bond on the part of the contractor for 100 percent (100%) of the contract price; or c) a payment bond on the part of the contractor for 100 percent (100%) of the contract price.
