Renovation of a residential development in Litchfield, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

Litchfield Housing Authority, Renovations & ADA Upgrades A satisfactory Bid Bond or Certified Check, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid, must be submitted with each bid. The Bid Bond shall be made payable to the Litchfield Housing Authority and shall be properly executed by the Bidder. A 100% Performance, Labor and Material Bond is also required. All sureties must be listed on the most recent IRS circular 570. The attention of bidders is directed to certain requirements of this contract which require payment of Davis-Bacon wages, compliance with certain local, state and federal requirements including but not limited to Section 3. This is a Federally funded project. The Town of Litchfield and the Litchfield Housing Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids; to waive any informalities, or to accept any bid deemed in the best interests of the Town of Litchfield and the Litchfield Housing Authority. Every request for such interpretation must be in writing and addressed to AEPM International 241 Main Street, Ansonia CT 06401,203-308-0028 or email atjoliveto@aepmi.net and, to be given consideration, must be received no later than 2:00 p.m., September 25, 2024
