Site work for a mixed-use development in Stillwater, Minnesota. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The City of Stillwater is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide project coordination, data collection, design and construction services for the Bridgeview Park Courtesy Boat Docks Project. It is anticipated that a consultant will be selected from this process, and the selected consultant will provide final design, permitting, hydraulic modeling, bid document development, construction services, and contract administration. Inquiries to clarify the requirements of the RFP can be directed to Shawn Sanders, by email at ssanders@stillwatermn.gov. Only written requests will receive responses. Meeting requests to address questions related to this project will be limited to one 60-minute (maximum) meeting per consultant. All inquiries must be made no later than September 15 2024. December, 2026 Construction Completed. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The City also specifically reserves the right to negotiate with proposers to potentially modify the scope of the work. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
