Project Identification: Doane University - Performing Arts Center Addition & Renovation Project Location: Doane University - Crete, Nebraska. Project consists of two additions to the existing performing arts building; a theater space addition to the north and a rehearsal and music classroom addition to the south. A Remodel of the existing building may also be included as an alternate. Bid security in the form of either surety bond or certified check payable to the Owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
