The Department of Family and Community Services (FCS) is seeking sources for anti-ligature, non-barricade doors with specific configurations for the Division of Alaska Psychiatric Institute (API). API will need materials for 20 sets of anti-barricade doors which utilize the existing door frame. No cost of labor is needed as API will be doing their own installation. The hinge must accommodate a retrofit into an existing door jamb 7pin Best I.C. Style core system SWITCH anti-barricade Non-Rated Doorset with 1 3/4" sold timber core door with laminate facings or equivalent Door Leaf, HP Laminate finish, 3' x 7' SWITCH anti-barricade mechanism including locking mechanism, indicator, and Switch recessed pull handle or equivalent Secure strike for mortise lock - single action system Grade 1 Mortise lock, with ligature resistant arch trim Duralux vision panel 16" x 16" for a 1 3/4" door with key & anti ligature thumb turn control or equivalent Vendors who believe they can provide the necessary materials should submit a response with a list of items with the same specs or similar as the requested items.
