ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: Between: $500,001.00 - $1,000,000.00 The Municipality of Anchorage reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the opening of bids or before the award of contract unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days from the time of the opening.
