Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

PROJECT SCOPES OF WORK General Construction: Scope includes, but is not limited to two CMU additions to existing school building. One addition includes the extension of an existing corridor along with two new elementary classrooms. Another addition includes a new entry canopy, office space, teacher workroom, storage and one elementary classroom. Renovation work in existing locker rooms includes new lockers, finishes, and restroom/showers. Fire Protection Work: Sprinkler system throughout additions and modifications to the ex in renovated areas. Plumbing Work: New restroom and shower room as part of the locker room renovation. Additions will have typical plumbing fixtures in classrooms, restrooms, and breakroom. Floor drains throughout the renvovation and addition. HVAC Work: New HVAC and exhaust system for the addition and renovation portion of the existing building. Electrical Work: New lighting and receptacles throughout the additions and renovation as well as required equipment connections. Extension of existing fire alarm system. Technology Work: Cabling and data ports throught the additions and renovated spaces, including door access control. Providing new hybrid IP paging system headend equipment. Site Work: Grading and utilities to support the building additions. Paving and sidewalks around athletic fields as part of alternate work. A Bid Security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit, or surety company bond pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised code in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany each bid. Estimate of Construction Cost: $4,600,000. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities, irregularities and/or errors in the bids to the extent permitted by law.
