The City of La Feria is applying for funding from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under the Community Changes Program (CCP) and, as such, has issued a Request for Qualifications for preliminary engineering services and design engineering services for community facilities, housing, and/or infrastructure activities allowable of the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). These services are being solicited to assist the City of La Feria in its project implementation of a contract(s), if awarded. City of La Feria reserves the right to negotiate with any and all persons or firms submitting proposals, per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
