Description

Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in La Feria, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

The project includes the construction of synthetic turf Baseball and Softball fields with athletic lighting, perimeter fencing, backstop netting, bullpens, scoreboards, press box, and spectator seating for each field. The site will also include batting cages and a restrooms/concessions building. Plan documents and specifications are available electronically. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly labeled as a sealed proposal and addressed appropriately.
