Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a water / sewer project in Rupert, Idaho. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Complete Work is for the Construction for the Wwtp Expansion. The Work Includes but is Not Limited to, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Hvac, and Instrumentation 11 Work. The Expansion Will Include Fine Screen Equipment, New Aeration System in the Existing Aeration Lagoons, Blowers, Secondary Ras Pumps, Mbr Equipment and System, Upgrading the Existing Uv System, a Building Addition to the Existing Headworks Building, a New Fine Screen Building, Retrofitting 14 the Existing Clarifiers to a Mbr Building and Basins, Electrical Service Equipment, an Electrical 15 Generator, and Hvac Equipment. The Wwtp Expansion Will Be Located at the Existing Wwtp Site. 16 the Existing Wwtp Must Remain in Service During the Entire Duration of Construction. The City Has Preselected the Following Equipment: Mbr System, Ras Pumps, Permeate Pumps, Blowers and Aeration. The General Contractor Will Coordinate Shipment, Delivery, Installation, and Testing and 19 Startup of the Previously Stated Equipment. The Equipment Contracts Will Be Assigned to the General Contractor. Each Proposal Must Be Submitted on the Prescribed Form and Accompanied by Bid Security in the Form of a Certified Cashier's Check or a Corporate Bid Bond Executed on the Prescribed Form, Payable to the City of Rupert in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Amount Bid. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish Performance and Payment Bonds, Each in the Amount Not Less Than 100% of the Contract Price. Address and Marking of Bid: the Envelope Enclosing the Bid Shall Be Sealed and Addressed to the City of Rupert Wwtp and Delivered or Mailed to 624 F St. Po Box 426, Rupert, Id 83350. The Envelope Shall Be Plainly Marked in the Upper Left-hand Corner With the Name and Address of the Bidder and Shall Bear the Words "Bid for," Followed by the Project Title Per the Contract Documents and the Date and Hour of Opening of Bids. The Certified or Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Bidder's Bond Shall Be Enclosed in the Same Envelope With the Bid. Refer to Article 14 in Section C-200 "Instructions to Bidders" for Additional Submittal Requirements. All Questions Relative to This Project Prior to the Opening of Bids Shall Be Directed to the Engineer for the Project, and All Questions Shall Be in Writing. It Shall Be Understood, However, That No Interpretations of the Manufacturer's Drawings Will Be Made by Telephone. For "or Equal" Items to Be Considered for Evaluation, Contractor Must Submit Information in Compliance With Article 10 in Section C-200 "Instructions to Bidders." No Clarifications or Questions Will Be Answered Three (3) Days Prior to Bid Date. Owner's Rights Reserved: the Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or to Reject Any or All Bids, if in the Best Interest of the Owner.
