Site work for a swimming pool in Rupert, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
General Scope of work: Construction of Deck and infrastructure for the Rupert Swimming Pool that is compatible with a pre-engineered retractable dome. The project involves expanding deck space, upgrading pool lighting to meet current standards, and enhancing mechanical systems to integrate with the new dome structure. Bid pricing must be broken into two sperate bid packages, one for general construction and one for electrical and plumbing. Work is to commence no later than August 1st, 2025, and be completed no later than October 15th, 2025, in accordance with industry standards. The City of Rupert will require a work schedule at least seven days prior to the project start date.
