Construction of a new Commissioners Assembly Room and Office Building, located at 702 G Street, Rupert, Idaho. This project involves the construction of a 7,000-square-foot office building, built in compliance with current building codes. The new facility will include, but is not limited to, the following: Assembly Room Office Areas Restrooms Employee Breakroom Contractors, subcontractors, and specialty contractors must be licensed as a Public Works Contractor in accordance with the Idaho Public Works Contractors License Act (Section 54-1902). The successful bidder will serve as the sole point of contact for the project and will be responsible for all work performed under the awarded contract. The bid proposal should include An itemized breakdown of costs for both labor and materials. List of completed local projects in the last five (5) years Project Schedule outlining key milestones Project is expected to be completed within one (1) year. Minidoka County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, award separate bids for individual portions of the project, waive informalities, and reject any non-conforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids.
