The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority is soliciting Engineering services for Code Compliance. The Scope of Service(s) may include but are not limited to: perform systemwide Code Compliance services for MBTA stations, maintenance facilities, administrative facilities, and parking facilities. The MBTA will award up to two (2) contracts of up to $3,500,000.00 each. The scope of services will be authorized on a task order basis. The duration of this contract will be three (3) years with options to extend based on the needs of the MBTA. This project is expected to utilize Federal and non-federal funding. The DBE participation goal for this project is 22% of the total amount authorized. In addition, the Authority strongly encourages the use of Minority, Women and Dis- advantaged Business Enterprises as prime consultants, sub-consultants and suppliers in all of its contracting opportunities. The MBTA reserves the right to cancel this procurement or to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
