Law enforcement assistance may be needed for situations such as: night time operations, congested areas, operating (normal green-yellow-red) signalized intersections, lane closures, or road closures. When Law Enforcement officers are operating within signalized intersections, work shall proceed as stipulated in the VWAPM and Section 46.2-834 of the Highway Laws of Virginia
