Site work for a water / sewer project in Chattaroy, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project no - 020-1087 Contract #1 The project consists of approximately 325 LF of 8 PVC gravity sewer line, removing and replacing 1,450 LF of 8 PVC gravity sewer line, 230 LF of DIP gravity sewer line, 440 LF of 4 PVC service lateral, 225 LF of 16 bore and jack steel casing, 4,275 LF of 8 PVC gravity sewer pipe lining, 3 manholes, one doghouse manhole, one flat top manhole, removing and replacing 13 manholes, rehabilitating 18 manholes, 20 VF of manhole riser pipe, reconnecting 125 existing customer service laterals, pump station rehabilitation, 15 LF of 12 steel storm pipe, surface storation, and all other appurtenances for a complete and operational project Contract Times (Calendar Days) Substantial / Final Payment 240 / 270 Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day. Bidding Documents issued as hard copy full-size drawings and hard copy specifications, are available for $150.00 per set for each contract. Bidding Documents issued as digital drawings and digital specifications, are available for $40.00 per set for each contract via the following link online . Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Mingo County Public Service District in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The Mingo County Public Service District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
