The scope of work includes the roofing, masonry and balcony repairs, replacement of French windows, upgrades to the mechanical and electrical equipment, repairs of the fire alarm system, development of twelve dwelling and outdoor parking upgrades. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway and are being prepared by construction packages. Contract for the first construction package work relating to demolition and cleaning work has been already awarded and is followed in the report under CRM ID name Major Interior Renovation and Envelope Renovation - Phase 1 (Demolition) at the Belles-fleurs Co-op. A tender for the structural construction contractor is anticipated in summer/fall 2026.
