Site work and renovation of a civil project in Uxbridge, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Installation of pumps, pitless adapters at the Bernat Wells and decommissioning existing wells. Installation of process piping, electrical conduits, ductile iron yard piping and associated electrical improvements. Estimated Cost $1,000,000. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. 5% bid deposit shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Addendum #1 has been issued as of 9-27-2024. Addendum #1 has been posted for the "Bernat Replacement Wells Project" for the Town of Uxbridge, MA with RFI responses, clarification on the piping and fittings needing to be American-made and Painting scope clarifications. Please review and include in your pricing. Addendum #2 has been issued as of 10-8-2024.
