Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from IDOT-prequalified engineering firms for Phase III - Construction Engineering Services for the Stony Island Avenue resurfacing project located between Thornton Lansing Road and 186th Street. This project is being federally funded, and therefore, consultant selection will be in accordance with the Qualification Based Selection (QBS) guidelines in the Brooks Act (40 USC 11) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) requirements for Procurement, Management, and Administration of Engineering and Design Related Services (23 CFR 172). As of August 26, 2025, per owner, this is a State bid project with IDOT. Letting was March 7, 2025. Project awarded, construction started late June 2025, completion expected by November 2025.
