All labor, materials and services necessary for the construction of Forsyth County Schools: HVAC Renovations & Modifications to Cumming ES at 540 Dahlonega St., Cumming, GA, Haw Creek ES at 2555 Echols Rd., Cumming, GA, Otwell MS at 605 Tribble Gap Rd., Cumming, GA, Riverwatch MS at 610 James Burgess Rd., Suwanee, GA & Settles Bridge ES at 600 James Burgess Rd., Suwanee, GA (the Project). Proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposed lump sum contract price (exclusive of alternates and unit prices). Both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. Docs notes : Contractors will be given access to the Architects ftp site where the Proposal and Contract Documents may be downloaded at no charge. Plans may also be accessed by Subcontractors or Material Suppliers. Any Contractor submitting a Proposal must procure a set of the Contract Documents from the Architect. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities.
