Reference Number 0000362676 Delivery Point: 14000 Oak Park Blvd Oak Park, Michigan United States 48237 The City of Oak Park is requesting sealed proposals for a Pre-Demolition Hazardous Materials Survey of the City of Oak Park the Community Center located at 14300 Oak Park Boulevard, the Arena located at 13950 Oak Park Boulevard, three small pool buildings (14210 Oak Park Boulevard) adjacent to the Arena, and the Cable Building (14320 Oak Park Boulevard) located west of the pool buildings. The scope for this Hazmat survey should include Pre-Demolition Asbestos Containing Materials, Limited Lead Containing Paint Survey, and a PCB Bulk Product Waste Sampling and Analysis, along with reports for each material type.
