Reference Number 0000373861 Job Location: OAK PARK The approximate quantities of work involved in the project are as follows: Rout and Seal Joints and Cracks 128,600 LFT The contractor understands that the term of this contract is for twelve (12) months, with an option to extend for an additional twelve (12) months, if mutually agreed to by the parties. The City shall have the right to not extend this contract for any reason or for no reason at all. The dates for completing the above mentioned work, as set forth in the contract, must be adhered to by the contractor, and any additional work will be scheduled by mutual agreement between the parties. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance bonds, and payment bonds each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, and a maintenance and guarantee bond in the amount of Fifty percent (50%) of the contract amount. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the actual date of opening thereof. The City of Oak Park, Michigan reserves the right to reject any and all bids in its sole discretion, in whole or in part, for any reason or for no reason at all. Any informalities or irregularities in bids may be waived by the City of Oak Park for any reason, or for no reason at all, in the sole discretion of the City.
