This contract shall remain in effect for approx. one year (1) year. The contract shall have a commencement date of approximately March 17, 2025 and a completion date of December 31, 2025. The City reserves the right to terminate the contract for any reason at all with a 30-day written notice. This contract will allow two - one (1) year extensions. o Original Contract: Approximately, March 17, 2025 - December 31, 2025 o Year Two extension: January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026 o Year Three extension: January 1, 2027 - December 31, 2027 Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the actual date of opening thereof.
