WESTPORT MUNICIPAL FACILITIES FEASIBILITY STUDY - The Town of Westport Select Board is requesting proposals and qualifications from individuals, firms, or a team to complete a Feasibility Study to evaluate existing municipal buildings and determine the future use of the old high school. The objective of this initiative is to evaluate the current condition and useful life of municipal buildings including Town Hall, Town Hall Annex, Council on Aging and the Old High School and develop costs associated with various alternatives. Example: Should the Old High School be used for municipal offices or should the Town Hall be renovated. The end product will be a deliverable with various options with estimated costs. Estimated Cost $150,000. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
