The owner has determined a prequalified list of design build companies. The Boone County Parks and Recreation Department invites proposals from qualified vendors for the design, fabrication and installation of six (6) new informational kiosks at Central Park in Boone County, KY, and one additional unit at England-Idlewild Park in Burlington, KY. These kiosks are intended to replace the existing ones, which have been in place for over two decades and are now in poor condition. Interested vendors are welcome to visit the sites prior to submitting a proposal in order to become more familiar with the locations and existing structures. Question Response Deadline: October 4, 2024, 5:00pm. Boone County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities and to negotiate for the modifications of any proposal or to accept that proposal which is deemed the most desirable and advantageous from the standpoint of customer value and service and concept of operations, even though such proposal may not, on its face, appear to be the lowest and best price. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after scheduled time of receipt of proposals.
