Site work for a water / sewer project in Richmond, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Provide funding for rehabilitation and upgrade of sanitary sewers, inspection and replacement programs, miscellaneous sewer extensions, and emergency replacements. This project includes the Shockoe Bottom Drainage Projects (SBD 1-7) and the Battery Park Drainage Project. Also included are ancillary projects to renew or replace sewers in conjunction with projects being done by other City agencies or the State. Project is included City of Richmond - Procurement Fiscal Year 2025-2029. As of July 22, 2025, per owner, this project is a placeholder project for ongoing work, the detailed projects are developed as the projects get more defined. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
