Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Eldora, Iowa. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The South Hardin CSD is planning the construction of a precast gymnasium addition with restrooms at the Eldora New Providence Elementary School. The project will also consist of renovation to the existing ENP Elementary including updates to finishes, installation of fire suppression system and upgrades to the fire alarm. Along with the addition and renovation, the project will include a new parking lot and updates to underground utilities. Project consists of multiple Prime Contractor packages: BID PACKAGE #5 - PRECAST, STEEL SUPPLY & ERECTION BID PACKAGE #6 - GENERAL CONSTRUCTION BID PACKAGE #7 - ROOFING BID PACKAGE #9 - FLOORING BID PACKAGE #10 - LOCKERS BID PACKAGE #21 - FIRE SUPPRESSION BID PACKAGE #22 - PLUMBING & MECHANICAL BID PACKAGE #23 - ELECTRICAL The bids are for multiple Prime Contracts as indicated by DCI Group for the construction of the additions and renovations at Eldora New Providence Elementary School, Eldora, Iowa. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis; segregated sub-bids will not be accepted. The successful bidder will be required to provide surety Performance and Payment Bonds in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids, or any part thereof, and to waive informalities, and to enter into such contract or contracts as shall be deemed in the best interest of the Owner.
