The City of Gardner is issuing this Request for Applications for contractors (Contractors) to be approved as eligible to provide on call snow plowing services at a fixed hourly rate based on the Contractor's vehicle and blade size. Approved Contractors will be listed on a roster of approved snow plowing Contractors that the City may call to plow from time to time on an as needed basis. Approval does not guarantee that the Contractor's services will be used, and the City has sole discretion to call or not call Contractors in any manner and in whatever order it elects. All questions pertaining to this work are to be directed to Dane Arnold, Director of Public Works. The term of this contract shall be from a "To Be Determined" date in November of 2024 through June 30, 2025. The City also reserves the right to engage in negotiations with Contractors after the bid due date.
