Interior Alterations to the Litchfield Township Administration Building. The work described in the project is the remodel of an existing church into a new administrative building for Litchfield Township. The work includes demolition, interior framing, interior finishes, new doors per schedule and electrical. All Plumbing and HVAC is existing with no proposed work. If the Work is not substantially complete on or before this date, or within this period of time, or an extension thereof granted by the TOWNSHIP, the TOWNSHIP will sustain damage that will be impracticable and extremely difficult to quantify in the event of and by reason of such delays.
